Lake Jocassee is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world but with that reputation comes certain nuances. There is only one road into Devils Fork State Park. And very limited single car parking. If you’re going to be joining us on a weekday, this is not an issue. However on a weekend or holiday during the summer. The vehicle line to get in, can be miserable to sit in. Especially to be told there is no more parking available. For this reason, we suggest our 9am -1pm time slot on the weekend’s. Arriving at 8:30 guarantee’s you no line, ample parking and time to use the rest room and or get situated. Please be aware that arriving at 9 or after 9 on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday. Will almost certainly land you waiting in a long line. Only to be told there is no more parking. And a boat/ski rental does not guarantee you entry. If we get up early to get your equipment in the water. We ask you to do the same. We will not fully refund you, should you arrive late and not be able to get in. We DO NOT offer FULL DAY jet ski rentals on Saturday/Sunday or Holidays. Due to our limited fleet as well as a lack of fuel options. Part of what makes Lake Jocassee so beautiful is that it has no marina’s with fuel docks. Meaning our 19.5 gallon tanks. Will likely not last you through a 7 hour rental.
